"I have been with state farm since 2015 . I had some challenges along the way that I thought were work out but I guess not. The staff are very friendly but resolution are not the best. I've had an issue for quite sometime my issues seems beyond help and I'm confused and concerned as no one has been able to resolve an issues that is on state farm part I have spoken to each person in the office and still no help. So it seems like me as a loyal customer my Insurance is now cancelled because no one could assist. I am being over charge and etc."
